We do not use your information to send unsolicited marketing emails beyond the initial follow-up on your inquiry. If you become a client, we will only contact you about things directly related to your account.

Our core service involves running paid advertising campaigns on your behalf using platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads. Here is what that means for your data:
For prospective clients (pre-signup)
We use Google Ads and Meta Ads to reach roofing contractors in our target market. These platforms may place cookies on your browser when you visit our site, which allows them to show you relevant advertising. Each platform's data practices are governed by its own privacy policy:
For active clients
When we run campaigns for your roofing business, we access your ad accounts on Google and Meta to place and manage ads on your behalf. The leads generated through those campaigns go directly to you through your own account. We do not store or process the personal data of your leads on our end. That data lives in the ad platforms under your account.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
The limited circumstances in which your information may be shared:
- Service providers. We may use tools like email platforms, scheduling software, or analytics services to operate the business. These providers access only what they need to perform their function and are not permitted to use your data for any other purpose.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Prisma, our clients, or the public.
- Business transfer. In the unlikely event of a sale or merger of Prisma, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We would notify you before that happens.

We do not sell personal information, so the opt-out right does not apply, but all other rights do.
8. Children's Privacy
This website is intended for business owners and professionals in the roofing industry. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. If the changes are significant, we will make a reasonable effort to notify active clients directly.
Continuing to use our site or service after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
